RefurbNetwork takes pride in the quality of its refurbished IT networking devices. We stand behind our products and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, we offer the following refund policy:
- The customer may request a refund for their purchase within [number of days] days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The Product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
- The Product must not have been damaged or altered in any way by the customer.

- Once the returned Product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify the customer of the status of their refund. If the refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to the customer’s original payment method within 30 days.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of the Product, unless the Product was defective or not as described at the time of purchase.
If the customer wishes to return a Product that is covered by our limited warranty, they must follow the procedures outlined in the warranty policy. The warranty policy is available on our website or can be provided to the customer upon request.
This refund policy does not apply to
- Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer.
- Products that have been used improperly or in a manner not consistent with the Product’s intended use.
- Products that have been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Products that have been altered or modified in any way without our written consent.
