These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and purchase of refurbished IT networking devices between RefurbNetwork and the client. By purchasing our product, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and the RefurbNetwork. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.
RefurbNetwork makes no warranties or guarantees as to the condition or functionality of the Product. The Product may have blemishes or minor defects, but will be in working order when delivered. In some cases, the Product may not come with all original accessories, manuals, or packaging.
Products are priced as stated on our website or as quoted by our executive. The customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with the Product purchase.
We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, or other approved payment methods.
We will ship the product to the customer using a carrier of our choice. Shipping and delivery times may vary based on customer location and shipping method. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges, customs duties, or other fees associated with the product delivery.
The Product comes with a limited warranty. Upon purchase, the customer will be given information about the warranty’s length and terms.
If the Product is defective or not as described, the customer may return the Product to us for a replacement within the warranty period. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the Product.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect of the Product.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or province where the RefurbNetwork is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
RefurbNetwork reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any amendments will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
