RefurbNetwork understands that customers may need to cancel some orders. We want to make the cancellation process easy and transparent. The following cancellation policy applies to all orders:
The customer may cancel their order at any time before the Product is shipped. To cancel an order, the customer must contact our customer service team by email or phone and provide their order number.
If the Product has already been shipped, the customer may still cancel their order. However, they will be responsible for any shipping and handling charges associated with the return of the Product.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a shortage of inventory or a pricing error. If we cancel an order, the customer will receive a full refund of any payment made for the Product.
